Less complexity. Better business.

Business is hard.
Keep it simple.

One philosophy. Different ways to put it to work. We connect business leaders with practical consulting, structured alignment and management tools - all designed to make their businesses work better.

What we believe

People. Product. Profit.
Make them work together.

People, Product and Profit are the three essential outcomes. Planning, Processes and Performance Measurement are the management disciplines that connect them. When priorities, people and execution align, businesses become easier to lead and more valuable to own.

The way we work

Built around the essentials. Not another pile of management jargon.

Clarity creates alignment.
Alignment drives performance.

01 / UNDERSTAND

See the whole business.

Look beyond symptoms to where people, products, processes and priorities connect - or don't.

02 / SIMPLIFY

Focus on what matters.

Clarify the objectives, responsibilities and measures that actually move the business forward.

03 / IMPROVE

Make it repeatable.

Put practical management habits in place so progress doesn't depend on constant intervention.

Who we're here for

For the people accountable
for the whole business.

CEOs, COOs, senior executives and private equity portfolio leaders who need performance to improve across functions, not just inside one department.

Growing complexity

More people, customers and revenue shouldn't mean everything depends on you.

Disconnected execution

Strong individual teams don't necessarily add up to a high-performing business.

Pressure to perform

You need clearer priorities, more consistent leadership and results that stand up to scrutiny.

The person behind the philosophy

Built in the business.
Not just on paper.

I'm Brent Pattison. For more than 30 years, I've worked inside businesses that needed to grow, perform and change - from building a BPO program past $50M in annual recurring revenue to supporting operations spanning 35,000 employees in nine countries.

The same lesson kept coming back: most business problems aren't isolated. They're the result of people, priorities, processes and expectations not working together.

Keep Business Simple connects the consulting, tools and practical management approaches I've developed under one philosophy. The point isn't another framework to admire. It's a better business to run.
